Every entrepreneurial journey begins with the founder themselves. It is critical to begin by understanding who you are, your why, your strengths and vulnerabilities.

WEEK 2. Identifying your sandbox and learning about your customer

Length: 180 minutesComplexity: Hard

Finding the right theme, the right market, the market segment is not an easy task. Structured, notorious approach is key – no missed steps here. When you know the customer you want to serve – try to fall in love with them and the problem they face. Never fall in love with the idea. Good luck with a busy week 2.

WEEK 3. Time to develop your big idea

Ever wonder where good ideas come from? They come from understanding and empathising with your customer, using a variety of ideation techniques to come up with lots of ideas without judging them too early. They also come from everywhere around you if you observe carefully and if you are willing to ask others for help.

WEEK 4. Creating & prototyping value

The only thing that helps sustain your business is constant generation of value for your customers and prototyping everything to iterate and move your ideas forward.

WEEK 5. Designing business model & your pitch
